Omeed Warej M.D.

Dr. Warej was raised in Walnut Creek, California. He graduated summa cum laude with department honors from the University of California, Berkeley. He attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and continued his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Warej is passionate about helping his patients make meaningful changes in their lives. He is a strong advocate for his patients and believes in empowering them to understand their cardiovascular issues. His areas of expertise include coronary artery disease, heart failure, heart rhythm irregularities, advanced valvular disease, and primary cardiovascular disease prevention. He maintains a pulse on the most current information via professional conferences, seminars, research, and teaching residents and fellows at Cedars-Sinai. 

 

He managed over 30 patients daily in both the inpatient and outpatient clinical setting, ranging from preventative cardiology to end-stage heart failure. Manage evaluations, order tests, identify diagnoses, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patients.
